With these you can survive.

No, you don't need that extra pair of shoes or that dress. CONTROL YOURSELF! Go take a jog or an aerobics class. Work on your body & remain slim & you will LOOK BETTER IN ALL YOUR CURRENT CLOTHES. Alternatively, you can be fat and buy new clothes that you think will suit you. Your choice.

That said, you should always treat yourself once in a while~

eg You will spend only 40$ today. Take it out in cash and leave your credit/debit card at home. useful! :)

3.Think back to the things you already have

How many things are in your closet that you have only worn a few times? Instead, treat your closet like a store! You'll be surprised at what you already own. Stop looking at things you don't have ! It's TORTURE!

Don't really believe in New Years Resolutions but oh well

I think that i improved my health + stamina by joining a gym & totes want to keep it up this year!

How lazy I am

1. I buy fruits / food that do not need to be refrigerated so I can keep it in my room & not have to go to the kitchen.

2. I buy fruits which do not need to be peeled or sliced ( eg apples, peaches , pears) so i can pour a cup of water on them above the bin ( to clean them) & not go to the kitchen.

3. I cook everything in the microwave in 1 bowl to minimise washing ( eg put instant mee in hot water & add mushrooms, spinach, 2 eggs and cheese *yes! cheese!* in it and microwave it for 3 minutes)

4. I am so lazy, that I have mastered the art of balancing my drink, food and book/laptop at the same time on a pillow, on my lap so I don't have to stretch my hands.

5, I boil my water in my room & have green tea + milo powder on my shelf

6. I can't be bothered going to the bathroom & brushing my teeth so i use my huge boiler of water & pour it in my mouth above a bin without using a cup

7. I need to set my alarm clock which rings every 5 minutes until i get up. This goes on for an hour.

8. I use wooden chopsticks that i steal from restaurants to stir my tea & eat with everything so I don't have to wash utensils.

9. Sometimes, when i can't be bothered taking a shower, I use baby wipes to wipe my whole body & put baby powder in my hair to make it less oily.

10. I am considering buying a fridge & microwave to put in my room. Reason 1: People keep stealing my food. Reason 2: So I don't have to go out to the kitchen

我慢慢发现很多女人的样貌会随着年纪改变，这一点也不足为奇，但是为什么很多漂亮的女生过了25岁、30岁会瞬间黯淡失色，反而很多年轻时候不起眼的女生，随着年纪增长越来越发光发热？

这是一件很奇妙的事情，也就是说天生的美女不代表可以经得起时间考验。女人25岁以前的长相靠的是天生的运气，25岁以后靠的就是自己的造化和努力。

那么，女人变美或变丑、变得失色或发光的关键到底在哪里？会写这篇文章，是因为我最近在整理旧照片时，忍不住惊讶大家过了好几年都变得不一样了！有时候遇到许久不见的朋友，会惊讶对方变得越来越美，有时也受到惊吓又基于礼貌不能流露出来，以前的美女怎么变得这么黯淡无光。

你们身边一定也有很多这样的例子。我观察过这些人，发现许多变美与变丑的关键，而我所谓的美丑不只是脸蛋，而是整个人从内而外给人的直接观感。你看到许久不见的女生朋友，你会惊艳还是受惊吓，你看到一个人会讨厌还是喜欢，就是最直接的感受。

我知道写本篇文章或许不讨喜，就像你有些话可能不好意思直接跟朋友说，有些事情说了又怕失礼，但这是我个人的一点观察，目的还是希望每个女生多多爱自己，努力成为令人惊艳也令人喜欢的女生。不只要活在当下，也要看得长远。

1. 爱批评自己的女生不美丽

很多女生很喜欢批评自己、否定自己，逢人就说“我好胖”“我好丑”“我好老”“你看我肥肉这么多”“我已经是老女人了”“我屁股又变大了”“我腿粗得跟男人一样”……

不过，我相信有一种人是“假批评真炫耀”的，譬如说明明比现场女生都瘦，还偏偏要说：“我真是胖死了！”明明她最美，却要虚情假意地称赞明明比她丑的女生漂亮，或是明明知道自己没那么夸张，却又爱讲得很严重。大家赞美她很瘦，她却说：“42公斤哪叫瘦？”（现场一片乌鸦飞过。）

我觉得，如果要以批评自己获得别人的赞美，不如就直接大方地接受别人的赞美吧！我喜欢大方接受赞美的女生，这种女生不否定自己，也懂得化祝福为正面的力量。谦虚是种美德，但虚情假意的谦虚就不道德。

我不懂为何有很多女生喜欢经常在别人面前批评自己，而且还要强迫朋友收听你哪里胖、哪里丑这件事，其实别人一点也不想知道啊！批评久了，本来别人觉得你不胖不丑，渐渐地也被你的批评引导，发现你好像“胖了”，好像“丑了”，于是别人渐渐地就只会看到你所批评的那一面。

批评自己就算了，如果批评自己又间接地伤害到别人、影响到别人，那真的很失礼。譬如说我曾跟一个model吃饭，现场她已经是最瘦的人了，大家聚餐她什么都不吃想减肥就算了，还要说别人吃的食物热量有多高，真扫兴！久而久之，就没有人想找她一起吃饭了。

爱否定自己的女生，打从内心就不认为自己会美丽（或看不到自己的美丽），如果你都不觉得自己会美，对自己一点希望也没有，甚至自暴自弃，这样的女生说不定到最后也没什么善心人士想要睁眼说瞎话、说说善意的谎言安慰她。

有魅力的女人绝不会在别人面前批评、嫌弃自己，即使她有不完美的地方，她都能泰然面对；久而久之，大家也不会再去注意她的缺点，说不定，她的小缺点也能变成她的个人特色，缺点也能变成优点。

我非常不喜欢听到女生一天到晚抱怨自己的外形，一旦你开始抱怨，你就已经承认，而且已经接受并自我放弃。最可怕的就是自我放弃后还以言语暴力来看不惯别人比自己年轻、瘦和漂亮，把自己归类在敌方，成为见不得别人好的女人。

从今天开始，不要一天到晚在别人面前批评自己，负面的话说太多只会增加自己的负面能量和形象。别人赞美你，不如就大方地说声谢谢。

懂得拥有正面能量，少批评自己、少批评别人，多微笑、爱自己，你会越来越美。

Friend got me heaps of Laneige products from Korea a few months ago and have been using it for quite a while. Actually , finished using everything except the essence..

Laneige Power Essential Skin Refiner
Refreshing Skin Refiner with purifying and softening effect for clear skin

This is very mild and i absolutely love this. Feels awesome when my skin is oily around the T zone! ( I just splash it on my forehead and nose) and it seems to suck in the oil immediately and i am left with a matte finish!

Laneige Light Balancing Emulsion :
Lightweight emulsion with purifying and hydro balancing care for fresh skin

This is really good, i actually skip on moisturiser because this is lightweight and feels so comfortable on my skin.
I have extremely sensitive and dry skin, this has really helped with the flakiness.

Laneige Water Bank Essence
Long Lasting Hydration Essence that provides clear and moist skin

This is quite oily so i only use it at night, I'm not sure that my improvement in the areas around my nose * dry skin * has been entirely due to this product because i used the whole series together, but i can honestly say that this has helped calm down the sensitive/flaky areas around my cheeks.

Laneige Water Bank Moisture Cream

Very oily and shiny when put on face! which is why i only use it at night, but i will give it credit that it is extremely moisturising. It looks like a cream, but when you blend it in, it's just like water that never dries on your face! haha

Laneige Water Bank eye Gel

This particular eye gel was not moisturising enough for me ( for wrinkles and such ), but it def refreshed me during the day.

Nu Skin Tru Face Corrector
I think this was selling for rm300? Got it from nan's makeup bag. Doesn't really help much IMO but then again anti wrinkle creams normally don't get very high reviews.

I don't know about its anti aging effects ( dont see it reducing my fine lines ) but i'm pretty amazed at how this eye cream is skin colored, unlike normal eye creams which are white?
Love this though! Even though it is just on the NORMAL moisturising side, but once you put it on, your eye bags will disappear like 60% already :O

This , again is about 2 shades darker than my skin tone but good for summer :)
I really like this because it makes your skin look flawless but it is so shiny on my skin.
And without any finishing powder, it literally melts away when it touches water/ ( if your skin is oily, foundation dissolves = = )

Comfort: 8/10 ! Extremely comfortable but can get abit dry after 4 hours or so.

Color: The green is darker than I imagined ( and darker than the commercial picture shown)

Enlargement: Quite alright :) Looks dolly-like so makeup/eyeliner is a must. Not for a natural look.

I have already stupidly stuck on the bling in the middle as you can see without painting a layer of nail polish over it , but i shall tell you how i managed to cover up the brown spots later!
Anyway, just layer white ( or any other color you prefer ) nail polish on it before sticking it on.

Lush: The Sacred Truth

Went to Lush & got this a few days ago. (15$)
Got this cause I was sccaaared of getting OLD and WRINKLES *panic attack
It worked really well on my face, brightened it and could barely see the redness. But when i applied it on my neck ( maybe the layer was too thin?), it started itching like crazyy.

So i went back to the Lush store, made a fuss (basically ask for samples -__- *cheap asianness~~~) and got 10$ worth of different Lush Mask Samples! WOOOOOOOO*

She gave me a pretty big portion of 'LUSH Oatifix'
Have yet to try it but it seems aweosomeeeee!

After months of debating with my wallet & I, finally bought this! Heard alot about this mascara. Apparently, it creates an illusion of fake eyelahses balalhaah.
I think it's amazing! But it still smudges :(

I bought another one! Haha., don't get me wrong, the previous no.6 one was gorgeous but it was just so DARK. Went back again to ask for another recommendation and bought a shade 5. Only used the 6 shade two or three times, so i rang up my mom to see if she wanted it.

I received pretty much all my items on ebay, I like the 120 palette except that 3 or 4 colors were broken.. :S But the colors are VERY pigmented and absolutely gorgeous. Worth the price!

THEN! I got distracted & purchased the 88 SHIMMER palette! It was around 16AUD. More expensive than the 120 palette :S But i really did want to try shimmery colors, and purchasing individual eyeshadows were way too expensive. I have used the 120 palette, and the colors were JUST AS PIGMENTED as MAC!

Spent yesterday's income on Chanel Oil Control Tissues. They're quite pretty (:

We found a cute little frog in our garden yesterday under the bin next to our garden wall.

Then Blackie came along, crocked its head sideways, looking all innocent. He has a look that either says "Oh ... New toy!" or God forbid, "Yum ... Snack time!"

The little frog, clearly not used to the attention it was getting, panicked and instinctively started to hop away while we cheered in support of its escape.

Then Mah Mah came along and caught the frog. We were so relieved, believing she will put it back in the safe place under the bin, away from danger.

Instead she THREW the frog over our garden wall onto the main road! The way she lobbed the frog over was so sudden and deliberate, worthy of an Olympic medal in the javelin event. We were in shock!

WHY!!!!! We screamed in desperate protestation.

"I just send it back to the drain," she said calmly, "it is safe now".

"BUT there is NO drain there! It has been covered up! You just threw it onto the main road!" we corrected her in despair.

We peered through the small slit opening on the wall and saw the frog, probably suffering head concussion at the very least if not broken limbs, desperately hopping from the main road back to the side, clearly in shock.

"Quick, save it!" Mei shouted and dashed back to the kitchen to open the electric gate.

Mah Mah, the unpopular Olympian gold medalist, went out through the open gate.

Back she returned right hand clutching the frog!

"It's here la," she said proudly, "Not dead yet."

We were so relieved that it wasn't flatten by oncoming vehicles on the main road!

We tried to get it to stay put under the bin, but it was clearly "high" after its ordeal. It refused to stay still and started to hop all over the garden. Freedom!

Last night at about 11 pm, I heard Blackie barking incessantly. Hope our Blackie wasn't having supper.

Nice but alebit too strong for my sensitive nose. Will not be re-purchasing.

Never had an eyeshadow that only needs one stroke. Chanel has the most vabriant colors in eye pencils I have ever used. * throws away shit body shop eyeliner* Invest in a good eyeliner! You'll reduce your botox bill in the future because you're not pulling your eye so hard trying to get color on -.-
I LOVE THIS!! It is a much cheaper alternative than the perfume, got it at Rm98. The fragance is strong and girly. Wouldnt use it for moisturising, just dad abit on my neck and wrists (:

I like this :D Abit too expensive for an eyeliner though, costs about 45$ i think. Might try Lo'real next time.

Ysl mascara. Accidentally bought the blue one D:! Haha, but they were on sale, only 26$ each. Half price baby!

Yves Saint Laurent Concelear & Highlighter. This is my favourite concealer of all time! It's pretty small and the price is about 56AUD ):

MAC sliver palette. Pretty! Rm65? :S

MAC Black eyeshadow. Love!

Chanel MICA lipgloss. This is pink & glittery, glides like a dream. Does not make me feel uncomfortable and sticky at all like Bodyshop lipgloss does.

Amazing amazing amazing. It makes me cringe whenever i remember when i was 12, and my mom bought me this shimmery powder that was meant for the body. ( Years later i discovered it was a sample from Shisedo -.-) And ill use to apply it on my cheekbones and think i'm mad pro :P

Anyway, this product sets your foundation, and is pretty much photoshop in a bottle. Think I got it for 35 dollars AUD ? Have been using it for agesI have heard so many bad reviews on MAC Prep + Prime for eyes after I got it. Personally I like it (: It makes my eye shadow stay on for ages & doubles up as a concelear. Got it in Malaysia for about rm65

Prep & Prime skin base, pretty good, suppose to prep your face for foundation.

YSL foundation. I was really excited to try this, the hefty price was 85$AUD, which is somewhat of an impluse buy. Counter girl gave me a shade darker, but it always went abit light when i applied MAC translucent powder. :S It was pretty good, but i hated the packaging because I wasted so much by squeezing too hard.

MAC Angel, 1 of my favourite lipsticks! I have NEVER finished using a lipstick before, this is how much i loved it! It is so barbie doll yet neutral enough for an everyday look.

MAC Equality, I bought a more orangey color in Revlon before, but because I have extremely dry lips, I do prefer this more cos it's moisturising.

Impluse buy, about 75$ at duty free? :S Very pretty colors, I have never had a bad makeup day with it. The packaging is extremely beautiful, blue like jadeeeee (:

Chanel Rouge Allure in 'Admirable', very pretty color. Apparently it is a limited edition ): 35$ @ Duty free.

Chanel Rouge Allure Lipstick in 'Libertine' , I've been looking for a color like this ever since i fell in love with Quinn in Glee's lips. 26 AUD/Rm72 ( wtf wtf so cheap! It's even cheaper than Malaysia which sells it fo rm80 , & CHEAPER THAN DUTY FREE!!) I hate myself for spending more than neccesary at Myers now. *stabs self*
Juicy couture inspired charm, only 4.25 AUD ! ( About Rm14?)

!! i love this!! I'm so excited!! 120 colors at only 15 AUD !! IS THAT CRAZY OR WHAT?! Only Rm42 !!!

That is freaking Rm0.60 cents for each color!!!! *glares at current eyeshadows*

The best part? It is rated 4/5 in makeupalley!! That's a pretty amazing score because the people there give strict and acurate reviews/ratings on it.
